We are a boutique short-term rental and hospitality company currently seeking a part-time Property Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment locations in the Providence area.
Compensation:
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of apartment units
- Handle simple repair tasks such as lighting, locks, furniture, outlets, leaks, and minor equipment issues
- Respond to occasional guest maintenance requests and urgent issues
- Assist with property upkeep and coordinate with housekeeping staff when needed
Qualifications:
- Basic handyman / maintenance experience preferred
- Reliable, responsible, and good communication skills
- Flexible schedule and availability
- Having a personal vehicle is strongly preferred, as properties are located at different nearby locations
