We’re hiring a Field Service Mechanic in Western PA.
Repair industrial floor scrubbers & sweepers on-site.
Competitive pay, Mon–Fri, van + tools provided, paid training.
2+ years hands-on mechanical experience required.
Your Role in the Field
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial cleaning equipment on-site
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Educate customers on proper equipment use and care
- Recommend parts and services that reduce downtime
- Build long-term customer relationships through reliable service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on mechanical experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
