Responsibilities:
- Review and understand plans/specifications of projects.
- Manage project budgets, ensure quality control, ensure timely and organized management of project records and documentation.
- Assess and control risk; estimate resources and allocation of resources.
- Communicate with key stakeholders (sales, senior management, crews, subcontractors, customers).
- Identify, manage and control changes to meet client requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by establishing and enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of math with an analytical mind.
- Experience in project management/construction is preferred.
- Must have excellent leadership experience, sense of urgency and a natural ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment.
- Must be comfortable with hands-on environment of high communication.
- Ensure proper project closeout, including inspections, warranty agreements, punch list completion, and project documentation.
- Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring they perform in accordance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and timelines.
- Ensure proper equipment and materials are secured and available for use on the project.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:
- This role requires frequent travel to construction sites.
- Work may be required in outdoor conditions, including exposure to varying weather.
- Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in various environments and on uneven terrain.
