Stariage Healthcare Staffing is building a network of qualified, credentialed Physical Therapists for upcoming per diem, contract, and direct-hire opportunities with clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities across Texas. As a specialized allied health staffing partner, we connect skilled PTs with facilities that need reliable, patient-focused care. Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clinical goals
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, patient rehabilitation exercises, and mobility training
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards
- Adapt treatment approaches based on patient progress and evolving care needs
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license in good standing
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work across varied care settings (outpatient, inpatient, home health)
