Salary: $80,000–$85,000+
I’m partnering with a top ranked national law firm to identify a strong Legal Assistant for their Environmental Practice team in Austin.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting attorneys with day-to-day practice management and workflow coordination
- Preparing, formatting, proofreading, and organizing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing calendars, deadlines, and attorney priorities
- Coordinating filings and document submissions
- Assisting with billing, time entry, prebills, and matter administration
- Opening matters and maintaining organized electronic files
- Supporting litigation and related legal processes
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years of Legal Assistant, Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant experience
- Law firm experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting litigation, regulatory, environmental, administrative, or related legal practices
- Experience with e-filing and document management
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Ability to support busy attorneys and manage competing priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (iManage experience is a plus)
