Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused Drivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Medical Tailored Meals (MTM) and Medical Tailored Boxes (MTB) to clients in the community. Your work will directly support individuals managing chronic health conditions by ensuring they receive nutritious, medically appropriate food and meal resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver Medical Tailored Meals and Medical Tailored Boxes to client residences.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles while following food safety and handling procedures.
- Verify delivery information and ensure all orders are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain delivery logs and complete required documentation using mobile devices or delivery applications.
- Communicate professionally with clients, dispatch staff, and supervisors.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow established routes while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable using GPS navigation and smartphone applications.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
