Now Hiring: Keyholder – Join Our Honey Berry Pancakes & Café Team
Are you a natural leader who enjoys creating great guest experiences and helping a team succeed? Honey Berry Pancakes & Café is looking for a Keyholder to help lead daily restaurant operations and support our team during each shift.
As a Keyholder, you will help run the restaurant like a manager would—ensuring smooth operations, supporting team members, and making sure our guests receive excellent service every visit.
What You'll Do:
- Open and close the restaurant while following all opening and closing procedures
- Set up the restaurant and ensure the dining room is ready for service
- Create floor plans and manage seating flow during busy shifts
- Lead the team during service and help maintain a positive, organized environment
- Greet and seat guests while ensuring an excellent guest experience
- Monitor food quality, ticket times, and overall service standards
- Perform table touches and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Support servers, bussers, and kitchen team members as needed
- Handle guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues
- Complete daily paperwork, reports, and required shift communications
- Communicate important updates with management and the team
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and Honey Berry standards are maintained throughout the shift
What We're Looking For:
- Previous restaurant leadership, shift lead, server lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership during a shift
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
