Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of skilled plumbers in providing excellent residential and light commercial services.

Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide expert troubleshooting.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience (some commercial experience is a plus).

Experience running a plumbing business with a min portfolio of $10mln per year.

Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
