Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out specialized floor care procedures including operating floor cleaning machine to maintain pristine flooring conditions.
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning stations as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects or facilities maintenance tasks such as window washing or light repairs when required.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Support production dept and shipping dept. By cleaning and packing parts.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within commercial environments.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
