Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Process c handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our office management system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Support Calls (Troubleshooting customer's equipment. Generating/Scheduling service calls, Escalating if necessary, etc.)
- Billing Calls (Managing delinquencies, handling collections, invoicing, and updating payment records.)
- Sales (Selling Internet, Security to meet company goals)
- Assigned Projects from Manager (Completing tasks and projects as directed by the manager.)
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
- or multilingual skills are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
