Join the team at ‘Que, by Whiskey ’N Rye!
As a Cook, you will prepare ingredients—including cutting meats, chopping vegetables, and making sauces—and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications. You’ll prioritize and execute guest orders quickly and accurately, ensuring that every dish is plated to ‘Que’s presentation standards and that items for each table are completed together. You will follow proper labeling, storage, and FIFO procedures; stock and organize kitchen inventory; put away deliveries; and complete required daily kitchen logs. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is essential, as is following all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks along with required food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
