Location: Livonia, MI — serving Livonia, Plymouth, Northville, and surrounding Western Wayne County communities
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | No On-Call
Pay: $30–$35 per hour + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus + Full Benefits

P3SG is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support patients in a home healthcare setting across the Livonia, MI, territory. This is a full-time, field-based clinical role focused on patient assessments, respiratory equipment management, ventilator management, caregiver education, and ongoing clinical support.
This role is ideal for an experienced RRT looking for stable weekday hours, better work-life balance, independent patient care, and the opportunity to make a direct impact in patients' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies and equipment
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including:
- Ventilators
- CPAP/BiPAP and PAP Therapy Systems
- Oxygen Therapy Equipment
- Advanced Respiratory Devices
- Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders
- Monitor patient progress and therapy compliance
- Provide ongoing clinical support and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Support improved patient outcomes through education, communication, and relationship building
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable with daily travel and field-based patient care
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong patient and caregiver education skills
- Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment
Preferred Background
- Hospital Respiratory Therapy experience
- ICU, Critical Care, LTACH, or Pulmonary Care experience
- Home Health or DME experience
- Ventilator management experience
- Advanced respiratory equipment experience
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred
Work Environment & Travel
- Field-based home healthcare role
- Daily travel required within the assigned Livonia, MI territory
- Coverage area includes:
- Livonia, MI
- Plymouth, MI
- Northville, MI
- Surrounding Western Wayne County communities
- Candidates should live within 30 miles of Livonia, MI
- No on-call responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$35 per hour, based on experience
- $4,000 sign-on bonus:
- $2,000 after 60 days
