Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience for a 13-week home health assignment.

Details

Home health setting serving patients in their place of residence
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
13-week contract

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
Proficiency in OASIS documentation required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
License required if applicable
