Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Ensure all food is prepared quickly and accurately during service
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and stocking
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Help with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
- Maintain consistency in food quality and portion control
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule
- Evening shifts
- Weekend availability required
