Maintenance Technician Job Opening
Job Description summary
Responsible for maintaining the entire property in an attractive, comfortable and functional condition. Assists in all types of repairs when necessary and as requested.
Essential job functions
-Maintenance and light repair of building and condominium units.
-Proper and complete pool and spa care. This includes timely pool and spa testing, cleaning pool and spa, keeping immaculate records of testing. Keeping immaculate pool, chemical room and surrounding work area.
- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor gas grills
-Keeping and performing preventative maintenance tasks

Required Skills
Light carpentry
Mechanical knowledge
Painting
Pool certification or willingness to obtain certification
Able to determine the need for Contractual Services
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Be able to work in a team-orientated environment.
Self-starting
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
