The Administrative & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting office operations, marketing initiatives, customer communications, and various administrative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable balancing creative work with administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company websites, including service information, pricing, and content updates.
- Manage and grow social media accounts through engaging content and promotions.
- Design marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, banners, and other promotional content.
- Monitor and maintain company Google Business Profiles and online presence.
- Assist in generating and managing customer reviews and online reputation initiatives.
- Manage professional email communications with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings and coordinating applicant communications.
- Generate reports and maintain company information within the Square POS system.
- Assist with the setup and management of Square devices, products, and services.
- Create presentations and marketing materials for prospective clients and partnership opportunities.
- Provide administrative and operational support for various company projects and initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support, office management, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with social media management.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Experience updating websites (Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Square POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
