Demix Transport Inc is a dispatching company working with reliable brokers and load boards across the U.S. and Canada. We provide consistent freight, especially in the Midwest, including both open market loads and dedicated lanes.
We don’t force dispatch - you stay in control of your truck and your rates.

We are actively hiring Owner Operators with:
- Sprinter Vans
- Cargo Vans
- Box Trucks
- Straight Trucks
- Reefer Trucks
What We Offer
- Weekly payments (for the period Monday to Monday): Payments processed every Thursday (typically received Friday) + we have Quick Pay option available (3% fee)
- No forced dispatch - you choose whether to take a load
- Load offers via phone and SMS
- Full dispatch support while you are under our load
Compensation
- Detention (after 2 hours free): Sprinter / Cargo Van: $18/hour, Box Truck: $22/hour, Straight Truck: $27/hour
- Layover: $80 (Sprinter / Cargo / Box), $120 (Straight Truck)
- TONU: $80 if load is canceled within 2 hours before pickup
Requirements
- Own your truck (Sprinter / Cargo Van / Box Truck / Straight / Reefer)
- Active company with EIN
- Valid insurance
- Age 21+
