A great UHY client is seeking a PLEX Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience administering PLEX ERP, strong system configuration and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support users while driving continuous system improvements.
The PLEX Systems Administrator role is a onsite position. This is a direct hire position.
PLEX Systems Administrator Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the PLEX ERP system to support day-to-day business operations.
- Configure system settings, security roles, workflows, and user access.
- Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting system issues and resolving functional questions.
- Partner with accounting, finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure the ERP system supports business requirements.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation of new functionality.
- Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user training materials.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational and financial reporting.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support data integrity initiatives, including master data management and system audits.
- Assist with ERP integrations, data migrations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Train users on system functionality and promote best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to leverage PLEX capabilities to improve business processes.
PLEX Systems Administrator Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience supporting or administering PLEX ERP.
- Strong understanding of ERP system configuration, security, and user administration.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify effective solutions.
- Experience with reporting tools, SQL, or data analysis is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes across accounting, operations, inventory, production, or supply chain.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements is preferred.
