What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle while providing an exceptional buying experience from beginning to end.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases
- Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person communication
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet and dealership leads
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, technology, and benefits
- Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity in our CRM
- Develop repeat and referral business
- Stay knowledgeable about Ford products, incentives, and inventory
- Work with management and finance to create a smooth customer experience
- Represent Tom Roush Ford professionally in the dealership and throughout the Tipton community
Who We're Looking For
Automotive sales experience is welcome, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
