Immediate Hiring | Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We're looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract with a night shift opening. If you're passionate about providing quality patient care in a correctional healthcare setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: Nights (1 Opening)
Contract Length: Minimum 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts per Week (36 Hours Guaranteed)
Location Phoenix, AZ 85067
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Perform standard nursing procedures under the direction of an RN or healthcare provider
Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition
Collect assessment data and assist with developing appropriate nursing interventions
Provide health education based on patient needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Arizona LPN License or a Compact State License
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a similar clinical setting
Strong medication administration, assessment, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
