Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Rural Family Practice
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our small, patient-centered rural healthcare practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, practicing comprehensive family medicine, and making a positive impact in a close-knit community.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients across the lifespan; population to consist of mostly adults, with some acute pediatric visits
- Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results, skilled with venipuncture
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
- Educate patients and families regarding preventive care and disease management
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Previous primary care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
