Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure stock accuracy and optimal order fulfillment.
- Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipments, verifying orders, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading and unloading goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, stock movements, and shipment documentation with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Maintain compliance with trade regulations and international trade requirements during shipping and receiving processes.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update records in ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP software.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status, shipment tracking, and inventory availability.
Skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations best practices.
- Experience with shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and order fulfillment procedures.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of trade compliance standards and international trade regulations relevant to shipping activities.
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude towards warehouse stocking, packaging, and load & unload tasks.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and external partners.

Pay: $25.12 - $30.26 per hour
