Join our dynamic team as a Mentor & Case Manager, where you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with diverse needs to achieve their personal and professional goals. You will work closely with individuals facing developmental disabilities, autism, and other challenges, fostering independence and growth through personalized mentoring and comprehensive case management. Duties
- Develop and implement individualized support plans that align with each person's goals, strengths, and needs
- Provide mentorship and coaching to help clients build life skills, social competencies, and employment readiness
- Conduct thorough assessments through interviewing clients to identify barriers and opportunities for growth
- Coordinate services across multiple agencies, including employment, healthcare, education, and social services
- Educate clients on employment & labor laws to promote workplace rights and responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions in workforce development, social work practices, and life skills for clients and team members
- Recruit, train, and mentor new staff or volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain detailed case documentation, progress reports, and compliance records in accordance with organizational policies
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law as it relates to protected classes and workplace rights
- Background in addiction counseling or mental health support is highly desirable
- Experience in teaching or training roles that involve mentoring or workforce development initiatives
- Skilled in interviewing techniques, social work practices, and conducting assessments effectively
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop team members or volunteers in a supportive environment
- Familiarity with social work principles, community resources, and case management software is preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
