Founded in 2006, Water Controls & Pump Systems is a Maui-based leader specializing in the installation, repair, and service of pump stations, controls, SCADA, piping systems and Cla-vals, and related systems across Hawaii. Serving a wide range of sectors including water, wastewater, agriculture, turf & landscape, government, and residential communities, we are recognized for our technical expertise and our commitment to service excellence.
We are in a phase of active expansion and are seeking top-tier technicians who thrive in team settings and are driven to excel in their field. We have two positions open:
Technician with a Packaged Pump Station Background
- Experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting packaged pump stations such as Watertronics, Flowtronex, MCI, PPS, Tigerflow
- Experience reading pump curves
- Experience with pump station instrumentation such as flow meters, flow switches, and pressure transducers
- Experience with motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA, etc
Technician with a Plumbing / Piping / Control Valve Background
- Experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting control valves, especially Cla-Vals
- Experience with piping systems found in water and wastewater systems
- State of Hawaii plumbing license a plus

- Commit to developing mastery in the applicable electrical, controls, and mechanical aspects of the job
- Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time across the State of Hawaii

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
