We Help Address One of the Biggest Problems in Women's Health — Post-Operative Adhesions.
Adhesions can develop following up to 90% of major pelvic surgeries and can contribute to chronic pain, infertility, bowel complications, and difficult repeat surgeries.
Despite decades of awareness, adhesion prevention remains significantly underserved in Women’s Health. 6|Sixty Surgical is bringing regenerative amniotic tissue grafts to OB-GYN—one of the most underpenetrated opportunities in surgical medicine.
__________
THE OPPORTUNITY
Build a high-income, relationship-driven business in Women’s Health.
Turn your existing OB-GYN experience and physician relationships into a recurring book of business with $250K–$400K+ annual income potential.
- Start part-time or full-time — build your book of business at your own pace
- Flexible schedule — structure your week around physician lunches and account management
- Education-first selling — educate surgeons rather than rely on high-pressure sales tactics
- $3,000–$7,500+ per month per active surgeon — recurring commission potential based on utilization
- Minimal ongoing OR coverage — support initial adoption without being tied to every case
- Build recurring income — develop and manage a portfolio of 8–10 productive OB-GYN surgeons
- No income cap — continue expanding your book of business as your accounts grow
__________
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You already know OB-GYN. We’ll teach you surgical biologics and sales.
Our strongest candidates have spent years working in OB-GYN / Women’s Health and already understand the physicians, procedures, terminology, and surgical environment.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- OB-GYN / Women’s Health Registered Nurses
- Surgical First Assistants / RNFAs with significant GYN experience
- Surgical Technologists with significant GYN surgical experience
- NPs and other clinical professionals with significant OB-GYN experience
- OB-GYN / Women’s Health Sales Representatives
- Women’s Health Pharmaceutical Representatives
- Medical Device / Surgical Sales Representatives with significant OB-GYN experience
- Fertility, Diagnostics, or other Women’s Health representatives
The ideal candidate:
- Already has OB-GYN physicians in their phone who will take their call
- Has meaningful professional experience specifically within OB-GYN / Women’s Health
- Understands common GYN surgical procedures and the clinical environment

- Is organized, persistent, and strong at follow-through
- Wants the independence and income potential of building their own book of business
- Is comfortable with 1099 commission-based compensation
Prior medical sales experience is not required. Significant OB-GYN experience and established physician relationships are.
If you’re starting from zero OB-GYN experience or physician relationships, this is probably not the right opportunity.
__________
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a relationship-driven role focused on developing and managing a small portfolio of productive OB-GYN surgeon accounts.
- Conduct in-office lunch presentations with OB-GYN physicians and their staff
- Educate surgeons on amniotic tissue grafts, clinical applications, and appropriate case opportunities

- Work with OR Managers and hospital purchasing to coordinate product approval, availability, and stocking
- Attend a surgeon’s initial case when needed to support successful product adoption
- Maintain relationships with active accounts and help grow ongoing utilization
- Visit hospitals as needed to track product usage and obtain required case/Tissue ID information
- Manage approximately 8–10 productive surgeon accounts while continuing to develop new relationships
You are not expected to cover every surgical case. Once a surgeon is successfully using the product, your focus shifts to managing the account, supporting utilization, and continuing to build your book of business.
