McDowell Financial Group is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Call Center Representatives in our Cary, NC office.
No insurance experience is required. We provide training, coaching, and a clear path for advancement into licensed Insurance Advisor positions for individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Follow provided scripts and training materials
- Qualify individuals who are interested in learning about Medicare options
- Schedule appointments for licensed advisors
- Maintain accurate notes and client information
- Work closely with managers and advisors to help clients receive assistance
Compensation
- $13.00 per hour base pay
- Weekly commissions
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Weekly pay
Expected Earnings
- Average Performers: $700-$1,000 per week
- Top Performers: $1,000-$1,500+ per week
Schedule
Full-Time Position
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:45 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:45 PM
In-office position located in Cary, NC.
