Job Description:
- Document patient history, symptoms, assessments, tests, and care according to guidelines
- Observe, assess and record patients physical, psychological and social needs
- Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
- Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
- Administer medication and treatment to patients, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
- Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants and nurse aides

- Must have a current RN License in the State of Michigan
- Must have BLS / CPR from the American Heart Association ( AHA )
