About the Role:
V2 Capital Norwalk LLC Hotel Group is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations in Norwalk, CT. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain optimal team performance
- Conduct routine room inspections and quality control checks to uphold brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, including ordering and cost control
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure timely room turnovers and resolve guest concerns
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols in accordance with health and hospitality regulations
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, sanitation standards, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a bonus
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
