What You'll Do
Build Talent Networks
- Identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and our extensive database
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, text, and social media
- Develop relationships with professionals at all stages of their careers
- Create and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
Recruit and Match Candidates
- Conduct interviews to understand candidates' skills, goals, and motivations
- Evaluate qualifications and determine the best fit for client opportunities
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and help candidates successfully transition into new roles
Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience
- Serve as a trusted career advisor throughout the job search process
- Provide timely communication and feedback
- Build long-term relationships
