Position Overview As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing AOS Home Solutions products and services in residential settings. You will work directly in customers’ homes, ensuring each installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, comfortable working in the field, and committed to doing quality work. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, follows instructions carefully, and represents the company professionally on every job site. Key Responsibilities - Install AOS Home Solutions products and services in residential homes according to company standards - Review job details and prepare tools, materials, and equipment needed for each installation - Ensure all installations are completed safely, correctly, and efficiently - Communicate professionally with customers on-site and answer basic installation-related questions - Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction - Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues as they arise - Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after each job - Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines - Coordinate with team members, scheduling, and operations to ensure smooth job completion - Document completed work and report any issues or additional needs - Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle (if applicable) in good condition - Represent AOS Home Solutions professionally at all times in customers’ homes What We're Looking For - Strong work ethic and reliability - Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship - Ability to work with your hands and use basic tools and equipment - Positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude - Ability to follow instructions and installation procedures accurately - Good communication skills when interacting with customers and team members - Physical ability to perform installation work, including lifting, standing, and working in various home environments - Willingness to learn AOS Home Solutions installation methods and standards - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior installation, construction, or trade experience is preferred but not required We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic, coachable attitude, and desire to learn a skilled trade.
