Luxury E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist (Bilingual)
1099 Independent Contractor | Full-Time | Los Angeles, CA
A luxury fashion label based in Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Luxury E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing operations team. This is not a traditional warehouse role we are looking for someone who understands the standards of a premium brand and is excited to contribute to the infrastructure behind a scaling luxury business.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fulfill e-commerce orders with efficiency and care.
- Generate shipping labels and ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Provide elevated customer support by assisting with order inquiries and resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot fulfillment and logistics challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, structured, and highly organized warehouse and inventory system.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking inventory with attention to detail.
- Collaborate across departments and remain flexible in cross-functional support.
- Learn and operate internal systems, including Shipstation and Shopify.
- Support the team during high-volume launches, drops, and peak sales periods.
- Assist with additional operational and fulfillment responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations required.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Comfortable working with digital systems and learning new platforms quickly.
- Experience with Shopify, Airtable, shipping platforms, or similar tools strongly preferred.
- Background in luxury, fashion, or high-end retail operations is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving inventory as needed.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift.
