Pay Range: $180K - $200K+ A Year With Uncapped Commissions!
Compensation Breakdown:
- First 30 days a sales rep will get training pay
- Annual Range: $180,000 - $200,000 + per year
- Uncapped Commissions — earning potential making top performers earn an average of $380K+ a year.
Location: Portland, OR
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday
- Sales representatives must maintain a high level of flexibility in their schedules.
- Appointments typically run between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, but in-home consultations can last several hours, with some evenings extending as late as 10:00 PM.

Requirements:
- Ability to follow a structured sales process and handle objections confidently
- 1+ years of Sales experience preferred; in-home construction sales is a plus
- Basic knowledge of siding and roofing preferred
- Positive, trustworthy, and customer-focused
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule to meet clients, including evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated with strong drive and accountability
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and listening skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing attics
- Proficient with computers and smartphones for company systems
Position Summary:
This is a high-performance, in-home sales role designed for closers who want to earn $180K–$200K+ annually with uncapped upside. You’ll run qualified appointments, lead homeowners through exterior renovation solutions, and close deals using a proven system—while being backed by a production team you can trust.

Core Responsibilities:
- Running in-home sales appointments with homeowners looking to replace their Siding, Roof, or Windows
- Following a very specific sales system
- Measuring, estimating, signing contracts, and picking up down payments (measuring software will also be provided)
- Selling to the client at the kitchen table, overcoming objections, and closing deals
- Creating Work Orders ensuring the production team has all the info needed to execute the project
- Selling a minimum of $1.8 million dollars of projects per year
