About the Role:
Coney Island Homecare is looking for a compassionate and driven Hospice Director of Clinical Services to lead our dedicated care team in Bozeman, MT. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all clinical operations of the hospice program to ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Supervise, mentor, and support interdisciplinary clinical staff including nurses, social workers, and aides
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hospice regulations and Medicare/Medicaid conditions of participation
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies, procedures, and care protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and performance improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical resource allocation to meet patient and organizational needs
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Montana (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum 3-5 years of hospice, palliative care, or home health clinical experience
- Prior clinical leadership or management experience required
- Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations and CMS compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Experience with interdisciplinary care team coordination and quality improvement
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to dignified end-of-life care
