No Experience - CDL Class A Driver
Location: Hoover, AL
We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional position out of the Hoover, AL. Run consistent regional lanes throughout the Southeast and Mid-South, with occasional loads up into the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West. Home once a week with a predictable schedule.

- Flexible weekly home time - out Sunday, back Friday, or out Monday, back Saturday

PAY:
- Annual pay: $57,200-$67,600
- Average weekly pay: $1,100-$1,300
- Pay rate: $0.55 per mile, all miles
- Short haul pay: $40 for loads under 100 miles
- Weekly bonus: $100, based on availability, service, and safety
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Regional Dedicated - Full-Time
- Freight: No-Touch, Dedicated Routes - Dry Van
- Home Time: Once a week
- Schedule: Both day and night shifts, weekend work required
- Weekly mileage: 2,100-2,300 miles
EQUIPMENT:
- Dry van trailers
- No specialized equipment required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A license
- First-seat experienced drivers only (minimum experience required for this account)
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Must reside within 50 miles of Hoover, AL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate CDL-A truck on dedicated regional routes
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
