Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate FFS Master's Level Mental Health Therapist, Social Worker, or Counselor to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals within our community experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges including (but not limited to) trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, self esteem issues and interpersonal challenges. Clinicians in this role work with individuals, families, couples and groups. Our practice works from a faith based prospective and are looking for clinicians who share a Christian worldview to join our team. Your expertise in clinical counseling and behavioral therapy will help clients achieve meaningful progress and improved well-being. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, Christian counseling, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis.
- Implement behavioral health interventions tailored to specific client needs.
- Facilitate intake procedures, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation and records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts and ensure continuity of care across home, community, and clinical settings.
- Lead group therapy sessions focused on social work principles, mental health counseling, and community reintegration strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, patient care standards, and legal requirements related to mental health services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy and clinical counseling with diverse client populations.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and confidentiality protocols.
- Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, mental health records management, and case management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively in individual or group settings.
