Twin City Heating, Air & Electric is a locally owned, family-operated company looking for a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team.

What You’ll Do. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Respond to HVAC service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, accessories, and related HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot low-voltage and high-voltage electrical issues.
- Explain findings to homeowners in plain, easy-to-understand language.
- Present repair and replacement options when appropriate.
- Educate customers on the condition, operation, and upkeep of their HVAC equipment.
- Communicate clearly with office staff about scheduling, rescheduling, billing, and job details.
- Assist installation teams when needed.
- Maintain your service vehicle, truck stock, tools, and equipment.
- Participate in ongoing service, sales, and technical training

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience.
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of electrical components, schematics, heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other residential jobsite conditions.
- Gas, warm air, refrigeration, or steam heat certifications are a plus, but not required.

Schedule:
- Full-time.
- Monday through Friday.
- On-call rotation as needed.
