Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services via telehealth
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Support continuity of care and patient engagement
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and support staff
- Participate in case consultation and team collaboration as needed
QualificationsRequired
- Active Illinois LSW or LPC license
- Experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote telehealth setting
Preferred
- Male provider preferred based on patient population needs
- Experience with telehealth counseling
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, family, or behavioral health concerns
