Duties
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to apply pesticides and treatments accurately.
- Conduct pest control procedures on various properties, including farms, lawns, gardens, and landscapes.
- Prepare and mix chemical solutions following strict safety guidelines and label instructions.
- Inspect areas for pest activity or damage, identify pests or weeds, and determine appropriate treatment methods.
- Maintain detailed records of applications, treatments performed, and safety checks in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive company vehicles to different job sites while ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with clients or team members to assess needs, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Mowing, trimming, landscaping.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment confidently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail for precise application and recordkeeping.
- Certification or licensing as required by local or state regulations for pesticide application is mandatory for entry-level roles; training will be provided if needed.
