DUTIES:
Engineering support services include engineering analysis, walk downs, design development and generation of design output documents including but not limited to: P&IDs; Control Logics; Loop Diagrams; Instrument Indices; Setpoint Lists; Instrument and Control Valve Specifications; DCS and PLC Design; Instrument Location and Installation Design; Panel Layouts; and Vendor Document Review.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, I&C Engineering or current registration as a Professional Engineer in one of the above disciplines.
- Five (5) years design experience in the nuclear or process chemical industry.
- Candidate must demonstrate design experience with PLCs and distributed control systems.
- Experience in 2D Microstation Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) is preferred.
- Candidate must have the ability to walk down systems in the field.
- Ability to walkdown systems in the field
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to obtain a favorable completed National Agency Check and maintain clearance for duration of employment
