Inventory Control Associate – 1st Shift Driven Talent | $19/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Associate to join our team at our fast-paced fulfillment warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory or receiving management. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Take and execute direction from department leadership
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency while servicing internal customers
- Apply basic leadership and prioritization skills to coordinate Pod Inbounds and Outbounds across all business units in the facility (slotting and de-slotting)
- Physically verify Inbound and Outbound inventory accuracy
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies in our inventory management system (HighJump)
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, preferably in a fulfillment or distribution environment
- Power Equipment Proficiency: Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is a plus
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for long periods in a warehouse environment
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
- Technology Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software is a plus

- Shift: 1st Shift
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
