Job Summary
Belle's is looking for a part-time PM Line Cook to join our team! This position will help to run service at night. Typical shifts are 3:30pm - 11:00pm. 4 days a week.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items with care
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain strict food safety protocols by following sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and storage practices
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience required
- Strong knowledge of consistent plating and kitchen equipment
- Familiar with using a flat top and a fryer
- Punctual and Reliable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
