We are a growing outpatient orthopedic practice in Greenwood, Indiana, and we are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping people, committed to continued learning, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- A typical week would include treating 50-55 patients per week
- Complete accurate and timely documentation with the help of PROMPT EMR and Sidekick AI, leaving the therapist to spend more quality time with each patient.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals, needs, and progress.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and evidence-based treatment.
- Continually reassess patients and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with patients and help them understand their condition and recovery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with PTAs, technicians, and other members of the Hayden PT team.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Contribute ideas that help improve patient care, clinical systems, and the overall practice.What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana or eligible for Indiana licensure.
- A strong passion for patient care and helping people achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to continue developing clinically and professionally.
- Someone who values teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
- An orthopedic background is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated, coachable, and wants to make a difference.
