We're hiring a motivated, reliable Production Finishing team member for our 1st shift. No prior experience is required — we'll train the right person on our equipment and processes, including heat-welding, material finishing, and quality control. If you've got a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and a positive attitude, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities
- Accurately read and follow job orders and specifications
- Log jobs into our Shop Floor tracking system at start and completion
- Operate finishing equipment, including heat and welding equipment for products like PosterFlex and PE tape-sealed goods
- Measure materials accurately before cutting to minimize waste
- Perform quality control checks — catching defects and spec deviations before product ships
- Package and label finished jobs, verifying labels match the product inside
- Lift and move materials/products up to 50 lbs
- Follow safety and quality procedures without cutting corners
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- No experience necessary — we will train you
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
