Must live within 30 min of Santa Monica. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual proficient in QuickBooks Online, inventory management software/MRP systems, and Shopify operations. The ideal candidate will manage B2B orders, oversee inventory accuracy, maintain freezer and refrigeration organization, and ensure proper tracking of lot numbers and expiration dates. You will handle purchase orders, both incoming and outgoing, to maintain streamlined inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online, Shopify website, Ship station, recieve incoming ensuring accurate data entry and financial records. Import, process, and reconcile B2B orders efficiently.
- Utilize inventory management and MRP software to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Organize and maintain freezer and refrigerator storage areas, ensuring clear labeling and efficient layout.
- Track lot numbers and expiration dates meticulously for compliance and product safety.
- Oversee Shopify inventory synchronization, ensuring product availability and accurate stock levels. Issue, track, and manage both incoming and outgoing purchase orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to lead,train and motivate employees in their job duties
- Lead safety programs and training to ensure a safe work enviroment for employees,vendors,guests
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online, including order importing and financial reconciliation. Strong proficiency in inventory management software/MRP systems.
- Be able to frequently lift,move,carry,push,and pull up to 50 lbs Heavier items may be moved byproper equiptment
- stand,walk,and be on your feet for the majority of the work day
- Frequently climbing, balancing,bending,kneeling, stoping and crawling
- must be able to work in an officeand cold and refrigerated enviroment
- must have advanced knowledge in Haccp/sqf and all relevent food safty requirements
- Experience with Shopify platform management, particularly inventory synchronization.
- Familiarity with B2B inventory management practices.
- Ability to effectively organize physical inventory, particularly within cold storage.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and accountability.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with lot tracking and expiration date management.
- Knowledge of supply chain management or purchasing processes.
