**Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma Counties**
We’re looking for reliable, resourceful individuals interested in running their own business: you negotiate schedules/pay with our client. If you are someone who finds purpose in supporting older adults with dignity, patience and heart, we would for you to join our referral network.
What You'll Do (Non-Medical Support Only):
- Assist with basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and conversation
- Support with meals, hydration, and light household tasks
- Offer accompaniment to appointments, errands, and walks
- Maintain a calm, comforting presence and help seniors feel secure at home
No medical or clinical duties are ever required.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
