An established law firm is seeking a motivated and skilled associate Litigation Attorney with 6-8 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience drafting and editing pleadings, briefs, and written discovery, as well as preparing for and conducting depositions.
Trial preparation experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and edit pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations.
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case strategy and management.
Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
Must be admitted to the California Bar.
6-8 years of litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
