KECH Development is a New York City based real estate development company and appraisal firm. We are looking for a bright, driven and savvy Appraiser Apprentice/ Assistant.
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Appraiser Apprentice to assist with property inspections, market research, comparable sales analysis, and appraisal report preparation under the supervision of a Certified General Appraiser.
This position offers hands-on training, exposure to residential and commercial properties throughout New York, and the opportunity to develop the experience required for state appraiser licensing.
This individual has to have a dynamic personality with the ability to inspire confidence in senior leadership with whom she/he will interact with. This individual must have a car, driver’s license and have or be willing to take their real estate appraisal courses.
Training will be provided.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
