Position Summary
The primary responsibility of a Security System Installer is installing commercial electronic security systems, including intrusion alarms, fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys technology, is motivated to perform at a high level, and has a positive attitude. Candidates with at least two years of experience in low-voltage installation, electrical work, structured cabling, or a related field are preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Passion for technology
- Enjoys working with their hands and seeing projects through to completion
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with networking, low-voltage wiring, field service, or electrical work preferred
- Wire pulling experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ohio Fire License preferred
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Successfully pass a drug screening and background check
- Professional references will be contacted to verify previous experience
