Overview
As General Manager of Dario’s Steakhouse & Seafood, you will be responsible for leading the overall vision, performance, and culture of the restaurant. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who understands fine dining hospitality, elevated cuisine, exceptional service standards, and luxury guest experiences.
You will oversee all operations, drive financial performance, cultivate a strong leadership team, and ensure every guest experience reflects the sophistication, warmth, and consistency that define Dario’s Steakhouse & Seafood. The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, operationally sharp, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily restaurant operations, including Front and Back of House.
- Drive financial performance through labor management, inventory control, cost management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Analyze P&L statements and implement action plans to meet or exceed profitability goals.
- Build, mentor, and hold accountable the management team and department leaders.
- Maintain exceptional service standards that reflect Dario’s fine dining experience.
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and leadership development.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between culinary, bar, wine, and service teams.
- Champion wine knowledge, food pairings, and hospitality education to elevate the guest experience.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, labor, and licensing regulations.
- Support and execute private dining events, wine dinners, and special culinary experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
- Protect and strengthen the Dario’s brand through consistent operational excellence.
- Partner with ownership and executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and drive long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager or senior leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Fine dining or upscale dining management experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and managing P&L.
- Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience managing high-touch guest service environments.
- Proficiency with POS systems. Toast experience preferred.
- TABC and Food Handler Certifications required.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of wine service, steakhouse operations, and upscale dining standards preferred.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
