SEH Excavating is seeking a Site Work Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation on multiple projects from well-respected clients. Heavy Site construction and Utility construction for residential, commercial, county, state and municipal projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with Superintendents on material deliveries and schedules.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to receive reasonable order costs
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Familiarity with construction management software (Microsoft Office and Project Applications, HCSS Software, Computer Ease, etc.)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
Schedule:
- 10 hours per day
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Salary:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
